3. Information about the data processing

As a rule, it is possible to use our website without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis within the scope of the purpose limitation.

Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for its storage ceases to apply, provided the deletion of the same is not in breach of any statutory storage obligations or unless otherwise stipulated below.

Data transmission through our contact form is encrypted via e-mail. Despite the encryption, we would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

We offer you the possibility of contacting us via forms provided on the website. It is mandatory to provide your name and a valid e-mail address so that we know who the inquiry is from and can answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily by you.

Data processing against the background of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. Without your consent, which you must actively give before sending, you cannot contact us in this way.

5. Erasure of data

Your data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the provision of our services and the online offer, and no other statutory period of retention applies. Data that is subject to a statutory retention period is blocked until the corresponding retention period expires. This data is no longer available for further use.

6. Incorporation of services and content of third parties

On our website, services of third parties are used in order to include e.g. videos or fonts. This is done on the basis of Art. 6, Section 1 lit f) GDPR.
